Welcome To

Neuro Eye Team

We specialize in a variety of neuro-optometric services for children and adults of all ages. This includes comprehensive evaluations of the visual system, therapeutic eyewear, vision therapy services, and so much more. Vision plays a key role in the whole body’s sensory processing system and how we learn and navigate our world. Our goal is to help patients suffering from visual dysfunction due to eye turns, lazy eye, developmental delay, traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, neurological disorders, disease, and vision related learning disabilities that are commonly misdiagnosed as ADHD and/or anxiety.

Is it a Learning Disability
or Visual Dysfunction?

Vision is a complex system that exists throughout the whole brain. The complexity
of the visual system goes far beyond the measurement of 20/20.

What we Provide

Exams we Offer

Neuro Eye
Medical Exam

Eye diseases are known to adversely affect quality of life. Some common examples are cataracts, dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, conjunctivitis, and ocular trauma due to a foreign body agitating the eye.

Visual Perceptual
Skills Evaluation

Visual processing issues occur when the brain has trouble interpreting visual information. A person can have 20/20 visual acuity but have a visual processing disorder.

Primitive Reflexive
Examination

Primitive reflexes are reflexive movements that exist during infancy. Retention of these reflexes affect the development and efficiency of the body’s Sensory Processing Systems.

InfantSEE
Exam

Dr. Conley is a member of the InfantSEE program which is a public health program designed to ensure that eye and vision care becomes a regular part of an infant’s wellness care at no cost.

Annual Vision
Exam

Most vision exams check only 9% of the visual system. If you had a service check on your car, would you only want 9% of the car checked?

Contact
Lens Fitting

In addition to the Neuro Eye Annual Vision Exam, the patient will have an evaluation of the health of the cornea and a fitting for the proper contact lens appropriate for the patient’s comfort, refraction, and affordability.

Vision Therapy
Program

8% of the population suffers from convergence insufficiency, which is a visual dysfunction NOT commonly checked in routine eye exams, pediatric exams, or schools.

Neuro Visual
Treatment

Eye diseases are known to adversely affect quality of life. Some common examples are cataracts, dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, conjunctivitis, and ocular trauma due to a foreign body agitating the eye.

Myopia
Control

Myopia is a very common issue throughout the world. Approximately 1/3 of the population in the United States have the condition and over 90% of several East Asian countries suffer from myopia.

Syntonic
Therapy

Many visual dysfunctions are correlated with an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system’s ability to properly regulate visual function.
